We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. I just wanted to clear a few details up.
This balance is used on an asymmetrical window. What this means is that the balance on the one side is different than the balance on the other side. Your balance here has a 15-025 shoe, and what I presume to be a 19-008 top. Can you confirm?
This means that the other side will have a 19-008 top and NO shoe. I would like you to confirm that, as well.
Furthermore, the side that has no shoe will likely have a different stamp; probably 2540.
