Custom Balance inquiry
I've ask them to provide them. How can I say this nicely, it's been a struggle to say the least.
I found you guys online. Customer is a good friend. I would like to get the window repaired. It is an ocean front house. No matter what, stuff does'nt last.
Really, want this issue to go away.
If you guys can put them together, just let me know the cost and lead time and I will order immediately.

We can certainly help with this balance but this isn't a stock configuration of ours so this would need to be a custom order. Can you just tell me the stamp on this balance? Once I have that information, I can send you a custom balance order link.

Hello! Emily isn't here today but I have made this balance before and can help you out from here. Like she said previously, it'll have to be a custom order.
What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add 4 to your cart. You may then checkout as normal.
