Custom Balance inquiry

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need for your window, however, there are is some information I'll need to confirm to check pricing and availability.

Your stamp suggests that your balance length should 30-1/2" rather than 35-1/2". Would you be able to double check the length of the balance? It would be best to heave them removed from the window to do so.

Please also include a photo of the tip of the balance.
