We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the bottom fitting for this balance as well as the stamp printed on the metal channel? We will do our best to assist from there.

Attached are additional photos. Sorry for delay I was out of town. The stamp on the balances is Japan 141. Let me know if you need more

It looks like the bottom fitting has broken off so I'm afraid I can't identify your balance just yet. The Series 700 comes to mind but this is an educated guess. I recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version of your balance to make sure it has the same configuration as ours. You will also need to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S700 product page to determine the proper strength option.
