I'm seeking a Rod balance Lawson SH 7700 series as seen in the attached images.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the exact balances needed for your repairs based on the window brand/series, the window sticker, or the photo the balance spring.

That said, I believe we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. However, to confirm the correct replacement balances, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.

I will also need to know any stamps or markings that could possibly be on the balance. If there aren't any, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash the balances are supporting, down to the ounce.
