Custom Balance inquiry

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don't see anything about your balance design that would necessitate a custom order. Can you clarify exactly what makes these different from more standard products? If you're saying that the depth is 3/4", then I highly recommend double checking that. Just eyeballing your photos, I don't think they're quite that large.

Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

For a 34.2 pound sash, you can select our 2960 option. Two balances with this stamp can carry 32 through 34 pounds.
