Custom Balance inquiry

Thanks for reaching out! To determine the correct replacement for your existing balances, I'll need to know the measurement for the diameter of the tube. This dimensions should be either 3/8" or 5/8" (which is also considered 9/16" in the trade).

Thanks for confirming this information. Your tilt window spiral balance can be replaced with the 3/8" S900-30. Since your sash weighs 26lbs, I would suggest using either the green tip or the yellow tip. 

The green tip will support a sash weighing 14 to 26lbs, while a yellow tip will support a sash weighing 24 to 34lbs. If the sash weighs slightly over 26lb, I would suggest using the yellow tip.
