I have to replace several window channel springs.

My current ones are 37 inches, 3635 stamped on the outside.

Pretty sure your S385-37 Option 3640 would work?

It comes with the 19-005 top, but the bottom of my current ones is your
15-029.

Can I get the S385-37 3640 with a 15-029 bottom?

OR do I need to buy them as is and then replace the 15-004 with a 15-029?

We'd be happy to supply replacement balances with the 15-029 bottom shoe but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash to confirm the corresponding strength option. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Hi Casey ... current channels are 37 inches long. Weight is 3635 stamped on it. Looking to purchase 6 total.

With a 19-005 top and the bottom 15-029.

Since the 3635 stamp code does not correspond to any of our strength options, we'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to determine which strength option would work for your replacements based on the chart below.

Stamp Option Sash Weight Range

3610 8 to 13 lbs

3620 13 to 18 lbs

3630 18 to 23 lbs

3640 23 to 30 lbs

3650 30 to 35 lbs

3660 35 to 39 lbs

3665 39 to 42 lbs

3670 42 to 45 lbs
