Custom Balance inquiry

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this via custom order. The length of the gray balance tube appears to be 36-1/2" from your photo. You said the sleeve is 17-3/8" though. Can you confirm for us? There should also be a stamp printed on the outer tube. If there isn't, we will need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
