Custom Balances

A quick learner from usa says:

Hi, We need to replace 10 channel balances. The model is 28" Series 371 Model 2740. Ours use a Winged Top (Part. 19-037) and Shoe with Part Number 15-005 if we are correct. What you recommend to replace the channel balances completely? If you need some photos, tell us how we have to send them. Kind regards, Orlando

Last week I bought to you the Top sash guides (18-118)

Hello,

We always recommend replacing the entire balance on both sides of the window once the window starts to droop or the balances begin to break down. If you'd like to confirm that the S371 is the correct replacement, feel free to send us a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Thanks for posting!
