Custom Balances

Question

Hi guys,

I have a window balance that is super close to what I see on your website but is not exact. Particularly in the lower shoe. I have attached a couple of pics to see if you can help me identify them. These are 1/2 inch channel and 29" long (just the metal).

I also need a couple of new window sash guides but I don't have a pic of those yet.

Can you tell me what you think? These windows do not have a manufacturing name or part number on them so I can't help you there.

Greetings. Yes, it looks like you might need a balance with a shoe that is 7/8" deep. The depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Please measure to confirm. If so, none of stock channel balances have this, but we can custom build balances that use our 15-029 7/8" deep shoe instead. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of 29" balances, stamped 2820, with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached.
