The windows are Pella brand and vinyl. I have two windows the same size as the one in the photos that are missing channel balance hardware. They open, but will not stay up

Hello there!
It appears you have an extended travel channel balance which is a special type of balance. What makes it special is the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length ending in 5/8" increments. We can help but this will need to be a custom order due to its configuration. Can you just tell me how many you'll need? From there, I can draft a price quote.
