I am replacing on a window I do not know the manufacturer of. The plastic base width is roughly 1 2/32"

Channel Balance Series: S385
Channel Length: 16 21/32"

Thanks for reaching out to us. I've never seen a Series 385 balance made in that length. That's very peculiar. Can you verify? Can you also show me photos of the assembly in question? I'd like to see the top fitting, bottom fitting, stamp, and the metal hook at the end of the cord.

I have attached images of the balance. I might be too exact on my measurement, however, I believe I am also very close to correct.

Thanks! I thought this might be the case. What you have here is not the Series 385. This is a special type of balance called an "extended travel" balance, named for its unique block and tackle configuration. This has to be a special order, as none of our stock options can replace it.

Please give me a little more time to confirm the availability of this size and I'll get back to you with a price quote. The metal channel length will be 16-5/8".
