Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't supply a metal channel that measures 29-3/8". The closest we can offer is a 29-1/2" metal channel but we aren't able to promise a direct fit. If you're interested, we will need to know the exact weight of the sash. Please note that custom orders are nonrefundable. 

Yes. For example, the metal channel should measure 30" with this stamp. So a pair of S351-30 balances with the 2920 stamp can support a sash weighing 12 to 16 pounds. 

Sure, we can help with that. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? We must re-calibrate the spring strength and weight ranges won't suffice since the length is different than our stock assemblies, unfortunately. 

Thanks for getting back to us. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (4) 29-1/2" long Series 351 balances with the 29205 stamp. There is a 5-6 week lead time as well.

Please keep in mind that we can't be certain the Series 351 is what you have without photos of the end fittings. If the bottom shoe has a pulley wheel built into it, the Series 351 will not work for you. If it indeed has a pulley wheel in the bottom shoe, we must see photos of the end fittings along with the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord.
