Measuring just the metal part it is 20 and 5/8 inches long. Including the plastic parts at the end the total is 22".

Thanks for writing in! The balance you have here is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance. I am confident we can provide you with the replacements you need but I'll need to see a photo of the hook that should be attached to the bottom shoe. You'll need to find an undamaged balance to obtain a photo of this part. This is important for how the balance installs in the window track.

Once I have this photo I'll be able to get the order link forwarded over to your email.

Thanks Jasmine! I took several pictures of each balance's hook (or at least, what's remaining of it). I took more pictures of the one that appears to be closer to undamaged...do these pictures give enough to go off of? I'm not exactly sure what the undamaged state is supposed to look like other than what I see on these two

I would like to make you aware the clip on the bottom of your shoe has been discontinued and is no longer available. The clip that will be installed on the balances has been confirmed to be a direct replacement.
