Hi there Jonathan. Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us a few photos along with the stamp? Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Could you also tell us the sash weight? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be sure we get you the right hardware for the job.

Sash weight is 41.5 lb. balance length is 42 5/8" it's not allowing me to attach pictures to this for some reason. Sais it's the wrong kind of file

That's a weird length for the Series 751. Can you try emailing your photos to help@swisco.come with the reference number D336375?
