Custom Channel Balance Quote Request

I spoke to one of our customer service reps and she mentioned that your balances also use the 15-197 Knife lock shoes. We can supply these balances but we'll need you to confirm the length and stamp code since 40hb does not correspond to any of our strength options, though they do come with "HD" stamps. This type of balance stamped with 40 would also generally have a 41" long metal channel, not including the end fittings.

How to measure the length of the Series 751 channel balance.

If you're sure your balances have 42" long channels, we'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash that the balances support to confirm the strength options needed for your replacement balances. Thank you.
