Hello,

It looks like your balances are a closer match to the Series 350, which uses a non-winged top and winged shoe as shown below. If the specifications match and there is no stamp code on the metal channel, we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash these balances support to determine if we can supply suitable replacements. Thank you!

I do not have an exact weighy but doing the math on the glass weight with a little added for the frame we are looking at approx 40lbs

Unforutnately, these balances are made to support a specific sash weight. Even a slight discrepancy could result in the balances not working or breaking once installed. Since these balances would need to be custom-ordered due to the length, we will need to confirm the exact weight of the sash before moving forward.

We are still looking into this for you but we'll need to confirm that the metal channel of your balances measures exactly 57" long as shown below, not including the end fittings. This is larger than we normally come across for these balances, so we need to be sure to determine if we can supply them.

We'll also need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel to confirm the type of pulley system needed for your replacements. We will need to confirm all of these details, including the exact sash weight, to determine if we can supply your replacement balances.

Tip to tip on the metal is fifty seven inches

Great. We'll still need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel to narrow down your options.

Sash weight is 44lbs, I will attach photos of pulleys later.

Thanks for getting back to us. We were able to identify your balances. Now we just need to calculate the cost since they will be special ordered for you. We'll get back to you with the order link and price quote as soon as possible.

Before we move forward, I want to clarify that the maximum sash weight that these balances will support is 43 pounds. If yours is exactly 44 pounds, unfortunately, these balances would not be suitable replacements. Though they may work for a time, they could break prematurely or shortly after installation if your sash weighs more than 43 pounds.

If you decide that you would still like to give these balances a try, we just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. Keep in mind that, since the balances are custom ordered, they would not be able to be returned.
