Custom Gard tilting window SASH STOP / VENT LOCK

A home owner from Greenfield, WI says:
June 9, 2014
The part (looking at the front) measures 1/4" wide by 1 3/16" long.
The slot/hole along the window edge is 2/16" wide by 1" long.
There are no identifying numbers or markings.

I have tan Custom Gard windows.
