Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balances appear to be either the Series 351 Channel Balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 390 with a 1-1/8". You'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your shoe to determine which series is the replacement you'll need.

Given the stamp from your balance, there is a chance these may need to be a custom assembly. Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference your stamp with ours, so it would be a good idea to confirm the exact weight of your sash.

In the event that these do end needing to be custom assemblies, I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.
