Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but we'll need a bit more information. First, we'll need to see the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord of an undamaged balance. Please also show us a clear photo of the side of the bottom fitting that the pulley extends from. Thank you!

I think one of the plastic pieces has broken off which doesn't allow the operator to work correctly.
