Custom Order Balances

A home owner from USA says:

I have a Caldwell channel balance marked 30 3 BN Caldwell. I don?t seem to be able to find a match on your site. Mind has 19-005 top. And 15-029 bottom. 31 in length. Wings are 15/16 in wide. Bottom shoe is 7/8 in depth Please advise. I would need 6.

Thanks for posting. None of our standard balances come with the 15-029 7/8" deep shoe attached. Not to worry though, as we can build these for you via a custom order. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order (6) 31" Non-Tilt Window Channel Balances, stamped 3030, and with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. Let me know if this all looks right prior to ordering. Please allow at least four to five business weeks for us to get these parts in stock, assembled, and sent out to you. Many thanks.
