Custom hinge balances 2540 and 2530

Hi,

I need two 26in window balances for silver line side swing window. I will need one with the stamping 2540 with a top part # 19-008 and no shoe. The other one is 2530 with top part # 19-008 and shoe part # 15-025. Please advise.
