Custom Pella balance

I have a PELLA Thermastar window (P5202541497) with broken bottom attachment wheel and string. I suspect https://www.swisco.com/30-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-30 is the best replacement, but I don't see a wheel on this part. Can you verify or suggest placement channel balance. The S380-30 will not replace this, but we can still help. This balance will have to be a custom order due to its unique configuration. Before we go any further, can you tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.
