Custom Sash Replacement

Question

The metal from end to end is about 21" and the spring is 10-11"
and the bottom is 1" so I am looking at the 351 model. I weighed the sash at 35 lbs, and I see that this exceeds 2060 which is rated at 27-30 lbs.

The number printed on the balancer is 2090 30.
