Custom Spiral balances

the tube is 29", but the spiral extends 2.5". Hard to tell the color it looks white or faded yellow. Window is large and heavy.

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, I just need you to clarify a few details. First, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash? Can you also tell me the length of the inside spiral?
