Custom balance

Hi,

I'm looking for balance replacements for a 2005 Milgard window (see pictures attached). According to other posts in your website, it seems like this will have to be a custom order? Please advise.

Balances needed: 2
Sash weight: 25 lb

Hi Luis. You are correct, this has to be a custom order due to the balance's unique configuration: the cord with the clip at the end comes out of the nylon shoe, whereas in our standard balances this cord comes out of the metal channel itself.
