A quick learner from united states says:
October 28, 2019
the springs are 30 inches long and window weights 29 lbs?.
But my shoe measures 7/8"

Thanks for writing in. We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be custom made so we can fit a 15-029 7/8" shoe to the bottom. I am sending you an email with a custom link to order (2) 30" balances, stamped 2940, and with 15-029 Shoe and 19-005 Top Attached.
