Custom balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.

In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle? We'd also like to see a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. It looks like yours might've broken off so you'll have to use an undamaged balance as a reference. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to order?

These photos don't show the metal clip, unfortunately. It should be attached at the end of the pulley cord but it looks like it snapped off. You will need to check an undamaged balance for an intact clip.
