Custom balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. The top fitting resembles the 19-042. The bottom shoe would be the 15-005 since it's 1" deep. We can assemble you a balance with these fittings but the stamp in your second photo says 2290 30, not 22 5. 

Can you clarify that for us? If you need the 2290 stamped balance as well, we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash. Please note that if there are differently-sized windows, the stamps and lengths will be different as well. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be certain since you're ordering a large number of balances.
