Custom balance

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don't see why this would need to be a custom balance based on these photos. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. May we also see a photo of the front of the bottom shoe? What's the stamp printed on the metal channel?
