We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the balance shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. If you could remove an intact version from the other side or an identical window, we can go from there. Please make sure to include the fitting attached to the end of the pulley cord, as well as the stamp code on the metal balance channel you're replacing. Thank you!
