Custom balance

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to recommend the correct balances for your repairs. Although, I'll need to know the length of the metal channel not including the top and bottom attachments, to confirm the correct replacements. 

I'll also need to know the stamp/marking from the metal channel. If your balances do not have a stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

Thanks for confirming. Your balances can be replaced with the S378-35 Channel Balance. You'll need to look on the metal channel of the balance to select the stop option once your are ready to check out. 

Again, if your balance doesn't have a stamp, you'll need to obtain the exact sash weight. There is a chart below the product description of the balances that lists the weight ranges each stamp can support.

Okay, great! Then that would be the stamp option you'll select at check out.

The piece at the top corners of the window are the top sash guide. To be able to determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged part.
