Custom balance inquiry

Good day try to look through your website and get an answer that way but I am grateful that I found a email address for you all. This unit is 27 inches long and I am looking for a quantity of four. The measurement for the bottom shoe is very close to 28/32 which is 7/8 inches.

Thanks for writing in! It appears that your balance is made with the 7/8" 15-029 Channel balance Shoe attached. I am happy to get the custom order quote made up for your but I'll need to confirm a few more details.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment from the balance so that we can ensure the balances are assembled properly.

I will also need to know the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, your 2690 stamp cannot be cross-referenced with the stamps on our replacement balances.

The last piece of information I'll need is the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.
