Custom balances

I am in need of a 3230 Block and Tackle Balance with a 18-030 Shoe and a 19-015 Top. Do you sell this as a complete set-up?

We can certainly make some custom balances based on the specifications you need. Before we get started, we'd like to see some photos of your current balance removed from the window. Could you do that for us?

Perfect. I'll shoot that over right now. To clarify, this will use our 19-015 top and 15-041 bottom, which looks like a setup that matches what you have. The 18-030 top sash guide is sold separately.
