I need a special order quote for the following balancers: Tilt window ribbed , Weathershield
Total of 12- stamped 31TG with blue locking mechansim ( part 15-233 )
Total of 12- stamped 32TG with blu locking mechanism (part 15-233).
Also are the balancers unpainted steel or can I get them in painted white?

Thanks for reaching out to us! We're happy to help with this. Can you confirm the length of the balance's metal channel for each? Can you also confirm how your balance installs? Our Series 751 uses an S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030 for installation. Lastly, is the width of the metal channel 9/16" like ours? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd just like to be certain.

The S751 balance metal channels will also be white.

The window is a Weathershield brand. The balancers are marked TG31 for the top window and TG32 for the bottom window using the blue locking mechanism that looks like 15-233. It is ribbed 9/16ths width. The window jamb is vinyl and the balancers slide into the jamb just like your video on replacement of such. The window tilts in when the jam liner is pressed inward. I have not taken the window out to measure the balancers but assumed the designations, TG31 and TG32 give the correct length. Since your balancers like this come with a different shoe stop other than 15-233 I am interested in the additional cost to change the shoe stop to this one for 12 each of the two different size balancers. Thank you.

For the 31TG balance, the metal channel should measure 32". For the 32TG balance, the metal channel should measure 33". The reason we ask that to be confirmed is that we've had cases where the lengths were off and didn't match the stamps. If you have any doubts, we recommend you measure the metal channels to confirm before placing your order.

With that said, I'll email you a purchase link for (12) 32" balances with the 31TG stamp and (12) 33" balances with the 32TG stamp. They'll have the 15-233 shoes attached as well. The rivet will be in the second hole at the top of the metal channel.
