Channel balance help

Good morning, I am looking for replacement channel balances for my Weathershield brand windows, circa 1982. My channels are 25 inch. It appears that i need 19-002 tops and winged 15-005 (1 inch) bottoms. I will need 1 option 2430 and 4 option 2420. I do not see the combination of top and bottom pieces. Is this something which could be custom made? If so, can you please quote a price and time frame for completion? Thank you.
