Custom Order Viking Balances

Question

I need 4 replacement channel balances for some Viking windows in our house and two take out clips. I measure the metal channel at 23" and the thickness of my plastic pulley is also 1 3/32" as in the picture. I am not sure which is the correct one, but the attached link looks the closest to me, but I was not sure on the options as mine has 2340 stamped on the side and the plastic part with the pully seems to protrude farther off the channel than the one on the website and has a pulley in the plastic part instead of just above inside the metal rail as the one on the website does. Can you help me get the correct one?

It's vital that we get all this info:

The exact length of the metal bar
A photo of the stamp on the metal channel
Photos of both end attachments on the balance
A photo of the clip at the end of the cord
Verify that you want (4) balances
