Cylinder lock and latch hook for patio slider handle

We need the cylinder lock and "hook latch" for this lock. The entire length is 5 and 9/16 inches...from screw hole to screw hole is 5 inches. Can you help us?

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately we do not carry a patio door handle as short as yours, and I don't believe it is still available. Instead, I suggest the 82-261 surface mounted handle with key lock. This patio handle comes with a cover plate which should cover up the cut out in your patio door. What do you think?
