Question

I have taken apart the window to find the part number for a Andersen windows I have and I can't find the replacement part number I need. The part number stamped is
D13 7#31 9 80. Can you help me find a replacement part?

Thank you for posting! Please see our 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance, which can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 7#31.
