D1734 Roller

Question

Hi, I have a patio door roller that I think is a D1734 roller. It says Allen Stevens 5469 on it. I think I have found something very close on your website, your 81-003.

My only issue is that instead of having an overall length of 2 3/4" I see diagrams of D1734 rollers that list an overall length of 2 11/16. Mine is actually 2 13/16". I am not sure how critical the overall length is in this case and if I am for sure measuring to the exact spots as shown on the diagram, but I wanted to check compatibility prior to ordering. The other dimensions appear to be the same.

I will also need to order or find out the diameter and thread pitch of the upper screw hole, as I am missing one screw.

I'm afraid Allen Stevens has been out of business since the 1990's. That said, our 81-003 has been known to replace this part. The slight difference in housing size is not critical. The screw thread count is #12-24.
