the operating track, arm, hinge bar, hinge post, black plastic hinge guide for 9700 series casement window. 6 foot by 2 foot made by MI Home products. they gave me this address. the windows are 1996

This is from a 9700 series MI Home window. casement 6 foot by 2 foot. purchased in 1996

I need the whole mechanism the picture is from another identical window that works. I cannot open the window that needs the operating system.

Your hinge assembly reminds me of the 36-048. Take a look and see how the specification compare. Please note that the plastic track slide shown in your last photo is not available separately. Thanks for posting!
