D8 F0 28-1 Channel Balance

Question

I just want to make sure that I order the right part. My broken balance has the inscription D8 F0 28-1 in it. I measured it and it comes close, if not right on the 29" Series 385. Is this correct? How about the options? I'm not sure what the options are for and what I need to select as options. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. I don't believe this is our Series 385 balance. That has winged nylon attachments, while your bottom shoe has no wings at all. Can you show me a picture of the top nylon attachment, as well? You may want to watch the video below for clarification.
