DB L02 2730 balance 28"long

Question

Hello,

All the pulleys in my balances have bascially disintegrated and all my windows will not stay up. House was built in 2003.

My balance is 28" long and has the following numbers stamped on it: DB L02 2730. Measured with is 9/16". My windows are Non Tilt.

It has the winged top which appears to be your 19-005 part. However it has a NON winged bottom or shoe which appears to to by your 15-002 part. This does not match your standard series.

Thanks for posting, Mike! Since this combination of attachments does not match any of our existing Series, your balance will have to be custom made. However, before we can begin, please double check your bottom shoe. Are you sure it might not be 15-001?
