I'm try to find the black sliding sleeve they seem to hook to window all by them selfs.
They slip in to the stainless track ,that has a opening

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need a new hinge set. We don't sell this exact style but we do sell the 36-048, which comes as a pair (top and bottom). While the design is slightly different, it should work the same as long as you make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time. Look it over and see what you think!
