DNS Industries patio door lock replacement

Question

I have a broken patio sliding door lock. It is a DNS industries, 1400 series, 11outside pull. I need to replace it and am looking for a replacement .I would appreciate very much if you could help me out with this.

Photos and dimension of the broken lock is shown in the attachments.

Would Daryl 82-008 be a right fit for replacement?

Would the location of the latch hole (7/8"x 5/8") on the frame the top of which is 2 1/2" above the base of the lock be a problem?

Please advise replacement that would fit with the existing door.

Hello! Thank you for contacting us. I believe you do have the 82-008 patio door lock. The dimensions and the placement of the locking hook appear to be the same as yours. Please check it out and compare it to your handle.
