DNS Industries pull

Question

My sliding door handle broke. The printing on the inside reads "DNS Industries 16 inside pull". I tried to use your 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set, but the hooks don't reach the keeper.

There are a couple hooks that come with the 82-002, the "K" and "P" being longer in particular. Did you try them?
