From what I could see it looks as if your 82-008 model would work for my door, yes?
I would also need a new lock too.

It's tough to say. The position of the thumb tooth in the handle is important, but with yours out I'm not sure exactly where it goes. One other possible match is our 82-002K. Look this over and see what you think.
