We may not be able to replace this. My suggestion is to look for a substitute on our drawer socket page. You will need to fasten the socket to the rear of the cabinet with screws, so keep any old screws you have. You'll need them.
The most important thing is to find something that will hold the track, so you will need to measure the dimensions of the hole for the track to fit in, and look at what we have to find a match.
