DSH20121 hardware

Question

Hello,
I have closet doors throughout my home (built in 1993) for which the bottom track does not stay in place and/or grinds along the base plate.
The home is relatively new to me and after much puttering with use of your online advice from other customers, I can't seem to get the height adjusted to get the bottom tracks in on one set of doors (too high) or up on the other set of doors (too low).
Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out to us! In these situations, adjusting the roller should usually do the trick. Since you've already adjusted it as far as you can go, we'll have to look into other possibilities. Does the track have any visible signs of damage? I know it's a little worn but we're talking about real damage like warping or any bending. Does it lay flat against the door?
